Are you affected by the full moon?

Human and animal physiology are subject to seasonal, lunar, and circadian rhythms. Luna comes from Latin, meaning moon. The lunar cycle has an impact on human reproduction, menstruation, and birth rate. The menstrual cycle, conception, delivery and even fertility have been closely linked to the moon’s cycles. According to a study on the effects of the lunar cycle on the frequency of birth, spontaneous deliveries of 8395 women were analysed. There was an increase in deliveries of 14.7% during full moon. The conclusion of the study was that birth rates are correlated with the phases of the moon.

Admittance to hospitals and emergency units because of various causes (cardiovascular and acute coronary events, variceal haemorrhage, diarrhea, urinary retention) correlate with moon phases.

In addition, other events associated with human behaviour, such as traffic accidents, crimes, and suicides, appeared to be influenced by the lunar cycle. The release of neurohormones may be triggered by the electromagnetic radiation and/or the gravitational pull of the moon. However, other reports find no correlation between the lunar cycle and human reproduction and admittance to clinics and emergency units.

Luna is included in the Radiation Testing Kit. This Kinesiology Test Kit includes natural as well as human made sources of electromagnetic filds (EMF).
